General Terms & Conditions
Additional information regarding your stay will be supplied upon successful booking.
Minimum stay is two nights, maximum stay is two weeks (14 days), unless otherwise specified.
Bookings made on this website are subject to availability and may be cancelled at any time. You will be given at least 2 business days' notice of this.
Specific pricing is for your stay will be made available upon successful application and is subject factors including, but not limited to, seasonal surcharges and other costs relative to the number of guests, etc.
All pricing is including GST. We accept all payment methods including EFTPOS, bank transfer and cash.
Holding deposit of 30% the total cost of your stay is required to secure your booking and is nonrefundable.
Your stay must be paid for in full before the start date.
Additional cleaning fees may be applicable for your stay if mess or garbage left is excessive.
Credit/debit card details must be submitted before the start of your stay to cover damages to the property including, but not limited to: counters, skirting boards, walls, eating/drinking wears, beds and all decor fixtures. Any fees associated with the above will be invoiced before charges apply.
The property must be in found condition upon the end of your stay. Photographs on file will be used to verify this.
Costs associated with missing or damaged items (such as utensils, pillows, sheets and artworks) will be added to your final invoice and charged to your account unless otherwise addressed.
Please respect our neighbours regarding noise, no parties are allowed on the property.
No food or alcohol is to be consumed on carpeted areas.
No pets allowed unless otherwise specified.
