ABOUT THE GALLERY

Since opening in mid 2018, Project Gallery has exhibited countless works from Australian artists as well as some international talent. Project Gallery has the honour of housing and curating works of several artists specialising in painting, sculpture, fine art prints and more. We are proud to support and show the creations of 'emerging' artists, fostering a love for the arts at approachable price points.

All exhibitions are lovingly curated by the gallery's proprietor Katie Fischer. With over 20 years of experience in the art world and a passion for curation, Katie brings the space to life with works by artists carefully picked to suit the space and tastes of our clientele. We typically cycle our exhibitions every two weeks!

Updates are publicised on our Instagram page (@project_gallery_woollahra) as well as via our Online Catalogues which we send to our mailing list for early access. We have an expanding list of artists we represent on our Artists page. If you are an artist who feels their work would be a good fit for Project Gallery, please note that we have a full stable of artists. However, we are always open to submissions, feel free to send an email with examples of your latest work and tell us about your career. Please note we do not exhibit photography or digital artworks.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All prices shown on this website or from materials available herein are in AUD including GST.

All sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of the transaction date, Project Gallery will accept a return of artwork/s in exchange for store credit only. Requests for full refund will be denied unless the gallery or artist is at fault and the customer is making the request in good faith, i.e. the artwork is irreparably damaged prior to final delivery/installation. Returns, including shipping/postage costs, are the responsibility of the customer. Any damages to artworks in transit for a return are the responsibility of the customer. If the artwork/s is damaged in the return process (evidence of damage will be provided) the return claim will be rejected, and the artwork will be sent back to the customer if possible.

Please be advised that colour and details in artwork photographs viewed online or in printed materials may not be representative of visual elements present in the physical artwork. Project Gallery takes great care to ensure that all photographs of artworks on this website and available in other materials are accurate to life. Images are calibrated with devices that display 100% of the sRGB colour space and at least 97% of the Adobe RGB colour space. Project Gallery cannot ensure viewing consistency on customers' devices in terms of resolution and colour accuracy. If artwork purchased online (and/or without seeing in person) does not appear upon delivery as it does in photographs, either on this website or elsewhere, this transaction is made at the risk of the customer. No refunds will be made under this condition.

Project Gallery offers shipping/postage nationally (Australia) and internationally (most countries, enquire if unsure). Sent artworks are bubble wrapped and boxed for protection. Any duty/taxes applicable for international orders are to are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in writing. Postage, and Courier services for larger artworks and/or international delivery, will be made using the most economical service available and excludes insurance for loss or damage unless otherwise requested by the customer. Project Gallery is not liable for losses or damages incurred during shipping/postage or installation.

Deposits to reserve artwork/s are valid for 30 days. If the customer does not respond to our attempts to contact them or honor arranged payment/s, this is considered a dereliction of the sale. Artwork/s will once again be made available for sale and any deposit is forfeit.

Project Gallery provides these terms for customers with relation to expectations when engaging with our goods and services. If any statements made herein are unlawful, or in the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to engage in good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, independent mediation prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.
