Works by Natasha Junmanee

Artist's Statement:

Inspired by the rich traditions of Dutch Golden Age still life, this body of work explores the tension between the everyday and the divine. By pairing hyper-vibrant foods—from traditional fruits and rare delicacies to modern comfort items—with intricate blue-and-white porcelain, each composition acts as a modern vanitas. The work invites viewers to find wonder in the ephemeral beauty of our daily feasts, transforming transient moments of consumption and nature into timeless, elevated rituals.
